EHS Manager

 We are hiring an EHS Manager  to lead safety and environmental programs at an Iowa manufacturing site. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state (TCEQ) regulations, and strong experience in  PSM-regulated environments . ** NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE 

Location: Burlington, Iowa

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, or Safety
• 6–10 years EHS experience in manufacturing (chemical/liquid processing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and PSM regulations
• PSM certification and relevant safety certification (CSP, CIH, or equivalent)  
• Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory experience

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant EHS compliance and training programs
• Manage air, water, waste, and hazardous materials reporting
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
• Oversee PSM programs and lead process safety improvements
• Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments
• Drive a culture of safety through coaching and training
