EHS Manager
We are hiring an EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at an Iowa manufacturing site. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state (TCEQ) regulations, and strong experience in PSM-regulated environments . ** NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
Location: Burlington, Iowa
Requirements
- BS in Engineering, or Safety
- 6–10 years EHS experience in manufacturing (chemical/liquid processing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and PSM regulations
- PSM certification and relevant safety certification (CSP, CIH, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory experience
Responsibilities
- Lead all plant EHS compliance and training programs
- Manage air, water, waste, and hazardous materials reporting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
- Oversee PSM programs and lead process safety improvements
- Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments
- Drive a culture of safety through coaching and training
