In this role, you will lead the management and oversight of the organization’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) ecosystem, ensuring documentation is current, compliant, and accessible across teams. You will serve as the central coordinator for SOP lifecycle activities, partnering with subject matter experts, team leads, and managers to maintain version control and promote consistent adoption of best practices. This position combines governance, analytics, and project management to drive operational alignment and process excellence. You will design and track metrics to measure compliance and documentation health, integrate SOP updates with training and quality initiatives, and support strategic decision-making. Accountabilities:

• Own and maintain the SOP management platform, ensuring documents are up-to-date, approved, and archived
• Coordinate SOP lifecycle activities including drafting, stakeholder review, approval, and publication
• Partner with SMEs and managers to maintain compliance with governance schedules and standards
• Define, enforce, and continuously improve SOP governance, including version control and approval hierarchies
• Integrate SOP updates with training content and quality assurance initiatives
• Design, track, and report SOP governance metrics for leadership review
• Drive organizational communication and adoption of updated policies and procedures
• Perform analytics to identify gaps, operational needs, and improvement opportunities
• Manage projects to ensure SOP and policy compliance across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in document management, process governance, or compliance
• Demonstrated analytical experience in process improvement projects
• Experience with SOP/document management systems (e.g., Whale, Trainual, Confluence, SharePoint, LMS platforms)
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Governance mindset with focus on compliance, accuracy, and process rigor

Preferred Experience:

• Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP certification
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence
• Experience in information services or data operations
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia)
