Kelly Services is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** for a leading metal parts manufacturer in El Monte, CA. This temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a background in customer service in manufacturing or industrial environments. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, are familiar with ISO9001/AS9100 standards, and are ready to contribute to a team that supports the aerospace industry, we want to hear from you! **Location:** El Monte CA 91731 **Schedule:** Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with overtime as required **Pay:** $18.00-22.00 **What You'll Do** As a CSR, you'll serve as the direct point of contact for customers-managing quotes, orders, and service issues while ensuring exceptional support from start to finish. Primary Responsibilities: + Process and manage incoming/outgoing quotes to meet customer deadlines. + Enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system with a focus on compliance (AS9100 Risk Analysis). + Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer databases. + Coordinate order changes, delivery updates, and status reports. + Act as liaison between customers and internal departments (engineering, inspection, shipping, etc.). + Assist with reception duties, mail/fax routing, and administrative tasks. + Support accounting with collections and customer inquiries. + Participate in internal audits, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives. **What You Bring** + Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, including manufacturing or industrial experience. + Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint). + U.S. Person (per ITAR/EAR regulations). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 or working with aerospace OEMs is a major plus. + Familiarity with ERP systems and customer database management preferred. + A team-first attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail. **Why You Should Apply** + Grow with a stable, industry-leading company. + Temp-to-hire pathway to long-term employment. + Opportunity to contribute to high-precision manufacturing supporting the aerospace sector. + Collaborative, safety-conscious environment. **Ready to launch your next career opportunity?** Apply now to join a trusted manufacturing team through Kelly Services and build a future you can be proud of!
