Job Description

A Cold Stone Creamery Crew Member creates custom ice cream creations, provides excellent customer service, handles transactions, and maintains a clean store in a fun, fast-paced environment, often involving singing and entertaining customers while mixing orders on a granite stone, preparing waffles/cakes, stocking, and following opening/closing duties. Key traits include being outgoing, personable, energetic, and team-oriented, with no prior experience often needed. 

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations, operating the POS system, handling cash, and creating a unique, entertaining experience (sometimes singing).
• Product Preparation: Mixing ice cream and toppings on the signature granite stone, preparing waffle cones/bowls, building ice cream cakes and cookie sandwiches, and ensuring product levels are maintained.
• Store Maintenance: Keeping the store, equipment, dining areas, and exterior clean; restocking supplies; washing dishes; and performing opening/closing tasks.
• Teamwork: Supporting co-workers, collaborating to ensure quick service, and assisting with various duties.
