Key Responsibilities For The Cost Accountant - Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and documentation across two manufacturing plants
- Analyze and reconcile inventory and cost data; compare standard vs. actual production costs as Cost Accountant
- Partner with plant ops to support cost control, budgeting, and process improvement
- Support ERP implementation and help standardize cost practices across locations
- Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Qualifications For The Cost Accountant - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Excel; ERP system experience
