Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of new club development, remodels, expansions, and capital improvement projects. This role bridges construction execution with real estate deal delivery-reviewing, negotiating, and coordinating all technical aspects of plan development and review, landlord work letters, tenant improvement allowances, delivery conditions, utilities, entitlements, permitting, and lease compliance. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with commercial real estate fluency, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to lease obligations and corporate standards.
