Job Description

FLOWER CO. is adding Order Packers to help us package cannabis products in order to fulfill customer orders for next day delivery.

What you'll do

• Pull items from inventory storage and pack individual orders
• Enter item information into our software databases
• Required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required
• Sanitation & cleaning throughout the day
• Help maintain our positive environment by having a great attitude and being self-motivated
• Invest your spare time in learning new products

Who you are

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in production, packaging, or assembly-lines
• Ability to adapt to changes in protocols and industry requirements
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have great attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Reliable while exhibiting the highest attributes of a team player
• Dedication to remaining compliant with OSHA, BCC and all other regulatory agencies
