We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in UI/UX design principles and user story development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and non-functional specifications, and collaborating closely with product, design, and development teams to create intuitive user experiences
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital product or software environment.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and prototyping.
Proven experience in writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria (e.g., using Gherkin syntax, BDD frameworks, or JIRA/Confluence).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility standards is a plus.
