Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and day-to-day accounting tasks. This role is essential for maintaining accuracy in our books and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Collaborate with external accountants or auditors when needed

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Wave)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and time management
Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce or digital media industry
Familiarity with international payments and currencies
Basic understanding of tax reporting and payroll processes
