Location: Indianapolis, IN

Type: Part-Time

Availability Required: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (day and evening shifts)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for energetic, reliable Beertenders to join our taproom crew! As a Beertender, you’ll be the face of Traders Brewing Company—serving beer, wine, and snack foods to guests while creating a positive, memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient manner
• Pour and serve beer, wine, and snack foods according to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting taproom environment
• Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
• Assist with restocking supplies and merchandise as needed
• Support taproom events and special functions
• Uphold responsible service standards in accordance with Indiana state law

Requirements:

• Must have current Indiana Server Permit
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (day and evening) Other days as well
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about craft beer

Compensation:

• Hourly wage (basic server rate) plus tips
