Bar & Boutique Experience Curator (a.k.a. The Vibe Boss)

Jules Design Bar in Austin, TX is not your average bar—in year 7, we are a super friendly, chill and a full-sensory experience. We blend expertly crafted cocktails with a curated boutique full of unique gifts, decor, and flair. We’re where Cheers meets Austin chic, and we’re looking for you to help us level up.

YOU are a powerhouse of energy, charm, and organization. Equal parts bar maestro, retail wizard, marketing maven, and team coach. You know how to throw a party, keep it profitable, and inspire a team to treat every shift like showtime.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the team leader —hire, train, schedule, and keep morale sky-high
• Manage store operations —inventory, ordering, vendors, menu updates
• Oversee retail space —ensure products are styled, stocked, and selling
• Build and implement a monthly marketing + events calendar. Promote via a strong SM platform. FB, Insta, etc.
• Lead by strong example behind the bar and on the floor
• Ensure smooth daily open/close procedures and shift transitions
• Be the face of Jules—connecting with customers, regulars, and local creatives. Work closely with Jules on a remoter basis to ensure we offer the best we have.
