Description We are in search of a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team in Los Gatos, California. This role is within the field of Homeowners Association Real Estate Law and will involve working in a hybrid environment. This is a unique opportunity for anyone looking to further their legal career in the real estate industry. Responsibilities: - Work on litigation cases, supporting the team of seven attorneys - Contribute to the annual target of 1700 billables - Leverage legal software such as 3M, Case Management Software, LexisNexis to manage cases efficiently - Prepare and present briefings on complex legal issues - Handle civil litigation cases and work closely with the claim administration team - Address and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies - Maintain and update legal documentation in the company's management system - Utilize your experience in real estate law to provide legal advice and guidance - Work on civil litigation cases and provide expertise in real estate law. Requirements - Must hold a valid law degree from an accredited institution - Must be admitted to the bar in the state of operation - Proficiency in using legal software such as LexisNexis, 3M, and Case Management Software - Prior experience in Real Estate Law is preferred - Experience with civil litigation and claim administration - Must have solid knowledge and experience in briefing and handling complaints - Must have strong documentation skills - Experience in complaint handling and civil litigation is required - Knowledge of Management Systems and their application in legal practice - Demonstrable experience in civil litigation and claim administration - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments - High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical guidelines - Excellent time management abilities and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
