Join the AFI (Assembler/Fitter/Installer) team at Sea Ray, a division of Brunswick Corporation, where you'll engage in a variety of tasks within a large boat manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include gunking, glassing, assembling, fitting, and installin components to construct high-quality boats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install cabinets, floors, cockpits, benches, and other interior components.

• Focus on front-line interior work, emphasizing final finish elements and cosmetic aspectsRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production schedules.

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble and fit components accurately.

• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and address any issues promptly.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 2–3 years of boat building experience preferred.

• Experience in fitting and installing components.

• Proficiency with hand tools.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work with suspended loads.

• Ability to multitask and read production schedules.

Preferred:

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

• Adaptability to changing requirements.

• Professional interaction with all organizational levels.

• Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and disposal.

• Working Conditions:

• Exposure to dusty and hot environments.

• Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves.

• Ability to work in various physical positions, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.

• Understanding of safety-related documents and compliance with OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies.
