2 5 years of hands-on development experience with PowerBuilder
Strong proficiency in software design, development, and testing
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective time management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Collaboration Requirements:
Coordinate closely with IT management, team members, and agency personnel to ensure continuity and quality of application support.
Interview Process: Virtual Teams meeting with camera on
Equipment and software provided by the state's IT Division
Security Comments: State of North Dakota conducts fingerprinting and all on boarding compliance. Once they have provided results, MSP Delivery Specialist will indicate status on the Onboarding Checklist.
